  Have not yet used the layout as I need to get power pack and trains; Beautifully crafted, and very well packed arriving in fine condition; I do wish that the seller would accept messages so there could be some ebay email communication; the seller did include a written note with instructions about using and maintaining as well as extra "dirt" and "grass" along with paint codes which shows the seller really cares about his product. Would purchase again from this seller.
