Fixed the leak

It looks, fits, and works as the original OEM valve. Time will tell if the rubber internal seals last.

Nice kickstand

Very well built unit. Tucks away behind fender when it's up. Only con is on a 2012 kx250f the bike doesn't have much lean to it. If lowering the bike , shortening the stand will require aluminum welding.

Narrower bandwidth

I replaced a 48" Firestik with this 24" version and added a spring. Be aware that this antenna being so short has a narrower bandwidth than a longer version. SWR on channels 1 and 40 is just under 1.5 on this antenna. Tunes nicely with the adjustable tip to barely move the SWR meter on the center channels. It looks a lot nicer on my pick-up than the 4ft. one.
