Amazing tech for the money with one drawback

I purchased this camera with proximity sensors to add to a car head unit that already had an input for a backup camera. The camera itself Works flawlessly. The reverse sensor is only sensitive within about one to one and a half meters. That is the drawback. The LED lights do seem to brighten the picture at night. The installation was a bit challenging for me as I was working on a hatchback but might be easier on a car with a trunk. Overall I am extremely happy with this device especially when you consider the very low price. Shipping took a couple weeks which only seems appropriate given the price and that it came from Asia directly.
