The F4 is great, if a little misunderstood
The last of the great film SLRs with an electronic brain but analog controls. Love the knobs and dials when compared to later models. If you want a reliable and inexpensive Nikon film SLR in about the same price range get a F100. If you aren't looking for the fastest autofocus and care more about how a camera feels as a tool for your vision, get an F4.
