Excellent for the price and exactly as described
It is very good for the money, it is very light and the finish is pretty good, I have only had a quick look but can not fault it, though the ribbon lid restraint hangs out the box when it's closed, I don't know how it would stand up to proper use so can't comment on how robust it is. It's not five stars because better materials like a denser foam insert, more substantial wood etc would make this a better piece but would attract a higher price.

Bargain
Excellent book that I have been waiting to buy for some time, for those interested in the subject it is very detailed and I am extremely happy that I have managed to buy it, it deals with the minutiae so important but often missed.

Looks great
After quite some deliberation I decided on buying these tiles they seemed so much better than roofing felt be it sheet or shingles, thought of the metal ones too but in the end decided on these, only a shed roof but a posh one I ordered one hundred as I only wanted to cover around four to five square meters, according to the blurb there would be enough, I was actually 15 short so had to order more and got another 25. They are fitted onto a traditionally constructed roof on laths, they go on very easily and trim by scoring and snapping, very simple and pleasing to fit, they look exactly like real tiles without the weight, they are expensive as a roofing option when compared to real slate or nearly any other roofing product, £260 for a shed roof seems a little excessive on reflection and that's only a single pitch (a wedge shape less than 3x2m)but it does look good. To do it again, I would use the pieces cut from the first tile underneath the first tile as it is an offset double row. In essence they are light weight, very easy to work with, they look great and the only thing that would preclude their use on a larger project would be their price, if that isn't a factor then it would be a five star recommendation. The initial order was messed up, I was sent ridge tiles instead of flat tiles, then when they were collected they only took away half of the four boxes, not enough labels, the company were very good and proactive in trying to resolve the mess up and to be fair it wasn't their fault as they were despatched directly from Tapco, the extra 25 tiles that I needed were offered and sent post free but somehow were still a few quid more expensive than the same on Amazon or ebay from the same company, I did point it out but it was a case of computer says no and so rather than mess about I just ordered them direct.
