One thing that I do fault with a seller is purchasing a item that is not packaged correctly. Placing a "paper item" in only an envelope is not protection against the wear and tear of delivery. More importantly if I had not been home the contents would have been ruined as it does actually rain ever now and then as it did today. I would certainly be asking for a refund if things went bad. Sad thing is that rare items are, funny enough, hard to come by.
