  Snails weren't packaged very well and were dead on arrival. Messaged seller and they told me they wasn't dead and they'll be fine in a couple weeks, I kept these poor snails until they rotted, sent seller numerous updates/photos to show that they wasn't alive, all for the seller to still refuse to refund. Had to go through Ebay to refund. It was only a couple quid but not the point. Awful experience. If you're going to post live animals write that on the packaging so they're handled with care!

  SNAILS WERE PACKED FINE SAME AS THE REST I HAVE SENT OUT AND ALL BEEN ALIVE. ASKED FOR PHOTOS OF ENCLOSURE BUT NEVER RECEIVED SO THAT WAS THE REASON FOR NOT REFUNDING AND BELIEVE THEY WERE ACLAMATED PROPERLY
