Hopes smashed! Don’t buy.
Absolutely horrible products! Absolutely ruined Christmas by spending countless hours with Apple specialist and even made an appointment at store, beyond fixable. By the way, these iPod touches were a way for me to communicate with my boys that I do not get to see or communicate with. It’s not even the fact that the iPods don’t work, it’s that everyone’s hopes were smashed.
