Solid built / works great
After finding the appropriate drivers on the internet for my Macbook Pro, this device works great. Connected via USB 3 gives reasonable Gigabit speeds. The device driver is also very good at recognising insert/removal of the device and connections come up quickly.
My only real wish would be that the device were a bit physically smaller.
If you are someone who regularly needs ethernet with your Mac to e.g. configure networking equipment etc., this device is a great choice.
