A classic book by a pioneer of trauma

Written by a pioneer in the treatment of Viet Nam War veterans and adverse childhood experiences he offers the hope of eight chapters of paths to recovery. Trauma is the biggest cause of mental illness and making diagnoses of mental disorders by looking at clusters of behaviours is a diagnostic dead end.
