Great beginner/practice amp.

I love the vintage look of the Blackstar Debut 50R amplifier. Great as a beginner or practice amp. The downside is it has a very bright sound using single coil pickups, even with the bass and mids on maximum. The ISF control helps lift the bass and mids when used on the British setting. It has an effects loop and has a power reduction switch from 50 watts to 5 watts. It has a Clean and an Overdrive channel and can be switched using a 2-button footswitch (sold separately) One other problem I found was it is very noisy on the Overdrive channel using single coil pickups . May need a noise gate or a guitar with humbucking pickups for best results. It is not perfect but is a great 50 watt amp for the money.

Old School Sound Machine

The TC Electronic Tube Pilot adds a warm tone to your sound, because it has a real 12ax7 Tube inside it, which is what I was looking for. This Pedal is Old school and not really for modern Metal sounds, unless you use it to drive other Distortion Pedals. If you turn the Tube Drive knob on full you get a 60's style Fuzz tones. Half way and you get 60's Garage Rock sounds. I use it with the Tube Drive knob just on and the output level on full for edge of break up and Clean tones for playing Blues. (SRV) I have owned and still use many TC Electronic Pedals, they are built like a tank and will last forever. Great Pedals for the money. Perfect !

Awesome Delay Pedal for the Money. Perfect for playing U2, Pink Floyd and the Shadows songs. Can be used in Stereo or Mono, plus you can run one Delay into the other. Also you can set it using (bpm) or in milli-seconds and has a Tap Tempo as well. Choose from Analog, Tape, Digital, Mod Delay or Reverb. Pedals in this Price range don't normally have these features. It is so good that I bought another one. You can't go wrong buying one of these Pedals ! Super fast shipping too. Fantastic !
