Great for aerobic activities in cold weather
If you need a super lightweight baselayer under body hugging ski pants. leggings, fleece pants or hiking pants, this is it! I wear these under XC ski shell pant, under my hiking pants in cold weather and under my windproof pant for running and cycling. These are perfect weight and tight enough to not add any bulk! These are more a "whisper weight". Even sitting at home with the heat turned low is not a challenge in these. I also often sleep in these in my cold weather sleeping bag when camping early spring and late fall. These do wick! My legs are not damp when I wear these. I sought out a 2nd pair after a successful run with the first pair.
