Every Bit As Good as a New Unit - But $120+ Cheaper
The unit behaves flawlessly.- multiple monitoring, device charging, Thunderbolt drive pass-through (used for USB 3.1 Gen 2 NAS/Raid enclosure), great sound and many ports. Not my first Dell refurb and certainly not my last. This is paired with a new Dell XPS 13 Intel 8th Gen 9360, and it replaces a five year old i7-3770 desktop. I no longer need two computers - unplug and go. None of the other docking station manufacturers offer this much value at any price, and buying the Dell refurb brought the price within reason.
