Tiltle sums book up.
Brilliant read, great story line, keeps you interested until the end which could go several ways.

War time Britain
Brilliant storyline, easy to follow, great characters all add to what is a story of war and the various jobs that are carried out which are essential.
Thankfully there are 2 further books in the series which I hope will be just as good.

This is a thoroughly enjoyable book, easy to read & I couldn't put it down.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Having read all Jack Sheffield & Gervaise Phinn novels this was on the same level.
I could not put the book down & loved the way each chapter was named after a pupil in the class.
Some of the sayings by the children were hilarious but had meanings which were easily understood.
Buy it for Christmas for someone you love.
