  steelbook arrived severely bent/damaged because it was sent in an envelope instead of box like steelbooks should always be sent. seller said to take it up with the post office regardless of poor packaging. silly to accuse me of shady dealings on a little $10-15 item when it's really just you lazily packaging things and overcharging for shipping

  The purchase was refunded and I paid to have the damaged item shipped back. Item looked like it was stepped on but blamed it on the packaging. Still got left negative feedback. Sellers beware.
