  I contacted the seller after the purchase had not arrived after two weeks. The seller replied saying it is only a £10 purchase give it a bit longer. I then recieved a card from the Royal Mail saying that they had the parcel at there sorting office but the seller had put insufficient postage on it. I had to pay the post office a further £3.50 to have the parcel delivered although I had already paid the seller £2.94 postage. I eventually recieved the purchase after paying the Royal Mail.
