King charles the 2nd
For those who are interested in the stuart period will enjoy this book, it tells the story of the background of the possibility of Charles alleged marriage when in exile and the birth of his 1st son James who became duke of Monmouth but was dismissed from the line of succession to the English throne in favour of his uncle who after Charles death in 1685 became king james the 2nd which lead to a rebellion lead by the duke of monmouth and ended with the last ever battle between English men at the Battle of sedge more resulting in the capture and execution of the duke of monmouth.
