Good Quality and Value
This is a nice little set of measuring spoons with small gradations, with the quantities permanently stamped on the neck. They are great for cooking and baking where you want to accurately measure small quantities of ingredients such as hot pepper or anise. The tops of the spoons are completely flat for precise leveling-off. They are also useful for adding ingredients to bottles with narrow necks. The metal is thick and will not bend, and they have the appearance of good quality stainless steel dinnerware. They are joined by a key-ring so they can be easily separated if you prefer them that way.

Simple and built to last
I used almost the same Krups model daily for 20 years. It still worked but was worn. I figured I'd get another one since it was only $25. The new one has a larger capacity and better lid design. I tried to salvage the old motor for a project, but the blade was impossible to remove. It will never come off.

Good source of electrolytes.
I am working on my own hydration formula because I am tired of products that are either way over-priced or contain artificial ingredients. GoodSalt contains potassium and magnesium in addition to sodium and has given me a good start on creating my own hydration drink recipe. It has a similar flavor to common salt, so I would use it for cooking as well in order to to reduce sodium in the diet.
