Pay close attention on disassembly and remember.
Being honest, this seat foam could have been 5 stars, the problem is that the mold was incomplete leaving about an inch void in the center underneath where you sit. I estimated about 7"x5" rather oval shape tapering to the center. Installation was tricky if you don't use hog ring pliers and even with them you need to push firmly down on the foam to hook the rod in bedded in both the foam and cover to secure them in the groove. The instructions didn't show me as much as I'd like, but taking the old one apart I saw how it was held together and started with the hog rings. Also, I needed to notch the plastic channel to match the original to secure it, I can't say it was easy but it was doable as is normal for first time assemblies.

Cap is too loose & does not seal..
This is too cheaply made to be useful. It didnt cost much so buy one and see for yourself. Then go to the auto parts store snd get one that can be exchanged or refunded without taking days. Parts like this one are needed now on a daily driver so know for sure what your getting b4 you order online. Tnis cap wont seal well because of its lipped edge is too short and thin, therefore doesnt pull the lid down tight like a oem.
