Only one sticking point
Xilinx support for the Linux OS makes programming and using this Dev Board problematical. If you're willing to use Windows 7, then you should have few problems with this hardware.

adequate for learning verilog/VHDL
2 of 2 found this helpful Like most inexpensive Altera or Xilinx FPGA development boards, this one needs more extensive documentation. I spent over three days verifying that any given I/O expansion connector pin was going to an FPGA pin that I wanted to use. Without the schematic(s) this board would have been extremely difficult to figure out.

Reserve GeForce Gfx card
This card is to replace my current GeForce GT8400 when it dies, so I haven't even powered this one up.
