This keyboard is not "Genuine Gateway". It's a cheap Chinese knockoff. The # is an "
One key fell off as soon as I opened the package. I managed to get it back on. Two keys are sticking and I'm going to have to take my laptop apart again to see if I can correct them. It is not even close to the quality of the original keyboard which lasted eight years.
