My feeling is that they were not happy about the selling price. Obviously think they can make their own selling rules. Do yourself a favour and don't waste your time. Avoid this seller at all costs!!

Tube fits, but mask doesn't very stiff not easy to fit mask

Flimsy quality
Bulbs expensive & lamp shades very flimsy, both shades broke & can not buy replacement shade therefore all I can do is bin the lamp stand
