  You paid for this on the 20 September and left this feedback on the 28th, not 2 weeks ago. My page says that I post only on working days, so this was posted on the 23 September. My page also said that you would receive this between 3 to 5 days after postage. On the 28th September you asked for a refund. Whilst I have no problem giving you the refund I do not feel that you are a good ebayer. Sellers like me are individuals not businesses and I feel that we should be treated with a little leeway.
