Item never showed up. Seller says it shipped, but they shipped it WITHOUT TRACKING. They issued a refund, but we needed the item promptly and now we are in a bind. I would specifically request a shipping method with tracking if I ever buy from this seller again.

When item not received, we promptly rec'd a refund. Seller shipped another without us asking @ no cost. So we did end up receiving both the first and second one the seller shipped us. The first one sent first class mail took about two weeks to get to us, and the second took only a couple days to reach us via USPS Ground Advantage. After the first one didn't show we also bought one from another vender. Now we have 3 kits and only needed one.
