  Poorly packaged. Internal packaging inadequate with items rattling around. The external box was broken open on arrival with sticky tape not adhering to the box. The box lid was held together solely by the address label with gaping holes either side. However, miraculously, the contents were still present, intact and in good condition. Smaller items would have fallen out and gone missing.
