Recommended
Of the many "Physics for the Non-Physicist" books out there, this is one of the best. It was made a lot more rewarding by daring to use a little bit of math (if you don't "get" Lie groups at least on some level, re-read the explanation until you do, or a lot of the value of the book will be lost).
Instead of just saying "here is how it is", Schumm takes the time to show why we think it is so.
The book needs an updated edition, since the Higgs particle has been found! A couple of his early metaphors fail badly, and as long as the book has an appendix on scientific notation, why not include an expanded review of complex numbers and group theory there too? But an excellent book even as it is.

Entirely Satisfied
Product was exactly as described and the ample supply of glue that came with it -- although a different brand than the glue gun -- works perfectly with it. This gun has a heavier-duty feel to it than the new cheapo stuff in stores today.
