The title is right on, it is Living Yoga
3 of 3 found this helpful Living Yoga has is a great way for beginners to get started and stick with a healthy life style change. I have tried various exercise programs through the years and this one is for me.
I have problems with my back and some excursuses just are not within my reach. This one starts you out slowly and helps you build the routine at your own pace. I love my yoga now and plan to advance on to some more strenuous stretching.
Although yoga may not be for everyone this is a fantastic way to get started if you want to make a change to your life.
The instructor is clear and precise. The tape is paced well and is easy to follow. I highly recommend to all who are just starting out.
It is especially helpful to me as I am a 50 something female with back and joint problems that come along naturally as we age. This exercise plan has helped increase my flexibility and that is why I bought it. It has helped me make the changes I needed.

Very good for those stressed muscles
I have found this book to be very informative and mostly right on target. There should be some caution if you are a beginner at trigger point therapy as you can bruise the delecate muscles. It has been very helpful to me for treating my own fatigued muscles and trigger points. I am not a medical professional, mind you, but someone who bought the book seeking some type of relief for myself. It has been very benificial to me.
