I love the phone, however it's not allow...

I love the phone, however it's not allowing me to register it via the ESIM on xfinity's app. I may have to go into the store if I want to transfer it onto my account as the primary phone. The app says it's incompatable, but it's working fine with the xfinity Sim card from my 8 year old S8+. That's actually how I ran my last phone as well for the past 2 years, an S21 ultra. Xfinity really needs to update their database of phone ESIM numbers.
