For starters the volume up and down switches don't work, the battery pack is leaking, I wish the post was a little more accurate and not deceiving, I replaced both the volume up and down switches, got them to work as New, I replaced the leaking battery pack with a new one and purchased a new charger , it still will not charge the new battery pack and I also noticed that the pictures look like a different one but I can't be certain, I'm stuck with a Sony that only works wile plugged in. What a w
