  1/2 of the 8 Ubiquiti Smart Plugs I ordered were Dead On Arrival. there was zero communication from the seller. After waiting for 10 days a case had to be opened I then had to ship back the bad ones and wait several more days for a refund. the entire process was a hassle and took a lot of time. Seller does not communicate I wouldn't trust them with the purchase of any other electronics.
