Made payment the same day seller.acceoted my offer. Seller waited til the next day to create a label and marked shipped. However, it's been a week and the seller just now decided to ship the item. I would NOT recommend this seller. Horrible customer service. Slow shipping. I still haven't received my item. Buyer beware.

I'm sorry for the negative experience. It clearly states in the shipping policy that it may take 1-3 days for a label to be created. Not every eBay seller is a business staffed 24/7, some sellers are individuals selling in free time. Despite that, I did end up shipping the order late, which is my fault and I informed the buyer about. I was not able to drop the package at the post office because I was taking a pet to multiple vet appointments for emergency surgeries.

This buyer send a low-ball offer which I accepted. He immediately complained about the shipping cost despite it being automatically calculated by eBay and visible in the listing prior to him making the offer. He then began questioning how I obtained the item and kept asking "Can you prove that?" every time I answered a question. Buyer continued to refuse to pay shipping cost so I cancelled the order, and he posted the negative feedback.
