Worse than reference AIB card, can be cured but not worth it.
Gigabyte paired a bad cooler with a really bad firmware for this card. Despite the low cost, this card barely compares with the reference design in cooling and performance, frequently failing to maintain even the fairly low target clocks. I threw out the bad cooler and replaced it with a hunter duet 240mm double aio cooler which is adequate alongside a haswell i7. The BIOS can be replaced with the one from Gigabyte's G1, allowing more competitive 1290mhz clocks with good stability, but I wouldn't try this with the inadequate "windforce" cooler which comes with the card.

Flawed concept
Unfortunately HP made some other strange design choices with these products which means you can't remove the board to put it in another case (as the backplate for the CPU is built into the case), and the mounting points for the power supply are not ATX standard, so no other power supply can be used in the case. I assume the power connector is OK otherwise, but haven't had a chance to test it because of the design choices (stupid choices) on HP's part.

Got the job done
Good product, original was loose internally so needed a replacement. There are many solder points for mounting so you'll likely need some reflow solder alloy and a hot air gun to pull and replace an existing part.
