Nervous about refurbished Airwrap
6 of 6 found this helpful Bought refurbished and was really nervous about its functionality. So far, so good! It's only been a few weeks, so perhaps it's too soon to tell if there will be issues with this product. Thankfully this comes with a one-year-warranty (as opposed to the normal 2-year-part and labour-warranty offered for brand new Dyson Airwraps), so I'm going to use it as much as possible to identify any glitches within that timeframe. Again, no issues so far! I know how the Airwrap is supposed to work because I've been using my friends' for the last few months, so I have something to compare it to. Bought my own because I moved back to my home country. I love what it does for my fine and limp hair - I've got volume for DAYS with this thing; however, my hair won't hold a curl or wave for too long unless I get it a little wet before styling. I would recommend using a hydrosol or something really lightweight to spritz your hair just before dysoning if you have fine or dry locks like mine.
I'll update this post if I have any issues with the refurbished Airwrap. Would've preferred to buy new, but I was desperate to get my hands on one.
