The remote does not work properly. The player itself is fine.

The player itself is fine, but the remote control does nothing except turn on the power. Pressing the other button functions does nothing. I need to do it all by hand. Can I get another remote control ?

It's not as good as I hoped it would be.

The radio is complicated to use., but seems to be o.k. once you are able to follow the directions.
