Ok for normal use, but definitely not party material.
2 of 2 found this helpful The speakers were easy to set up, and the sound clarity is pretty good, but there are some issues. First and foremost, the max volume is nowhere close to what I would expect for 240W speakers. I assume that while the speakers are capable, the built in amp is not.
Secondary to that, is that the ARC connection is only semi-compatible with my TV. Some digital channels will play through the speakers & some will not. Netflix will not play through them. I am using the optical connection, but also connected via the Arc connection with an HDMI cable and it's the same deal.
The speakers sound ok, and are an improvement over the inbuilt speakers of my low cost TV (even though the TV speakers can get a lot louder, they are poor clarity), & it's nice to play music from my phone via BT, but for the price I was expecting a lot more volume.

Great but not perfect.
It doesn’t swivel very easily when it’s under tension but generally good. I prefer it to having 2 individual retractable except when one of the dogs walks behind me & tangles me & I have to step over the cord to get untangled.
