RE : New Universal MX-350 Manual 10 Device Backlit Learning Universal Remote Control
To Whom It May Concern .
The remote is very old. Two of the batteries that were supposed to be included are missing, leaving the battery compartment empty.
The remote feels sticky to the touch, like it's been used before—it doesn’t seem new.
Even the box was wrapped in plastic wrap like the plastic wrap that I use in kitchen...
So disappointed, I recorded a video of the unboxing and would like to share it with you for reference. But can not attached.
