It is not a good product, but I'm trying to make it work for now
I'm going to try using it today after loading the batteries into it which do not come with it. It looks just like the original Factory produced remote control for the Emerson TV, but it is not a factory produced remote control for the TV I have. It it was mailed Timely but it did not include any cushioning material around the remote control itself it was just covered by a plastic mailing sheet, without protection. It's my understanding these electronic devices are sensitive so I will find out today when I use it on my TV if it's still working after being probably beat up in the mail. Hopefully it will work because it's a hassle and time consuming too get it returned, so I am keeping my fingers crossed that it will work okay. Thank you
