1 of 1 found this helpful This is a very cost effective time and data refill for a low-time, low-data, low messages user who needs all the features of a smart phone.
My TracFone connections have been good in a bunch of cities incl: DC, Balt. NY Houston, etc.
If you're a big user of phone or data, you'll need am all-you-can-eat plan, not this card. If you want phone service for a year, some msgs. and some data from time to time, this is your plan. If you just don't know yet, you can get this and then add time/data as necessary.
