My husband is now a non smoker
Unbelievable , my husband watched it and quit. I am a hynotherapist and I am in awe of the dvd which I watched with my husband. My husband has smoked since he was twelve and now 67. Very reluctant to engage with any therapy and never to talk about his feelings m The dvd made his unconscious change to being aware . He is also amazed at how easy it has been. Thank you Alan Carr.
