It is not 100ml bottle, it is significantly smaller than100ml bottle. I want ebay customer service to considere the issue.

Buyer would not take delivery initially, then when they did they scribbled rather than signing their name (on the tracking I paid extra for for them). They then kept the perfume for 5 days before complaining, so I said they could return it unused or keep it but that it was very good value. I paid for a return label & they refused to return the perfume. They wanted to keep it free & get their money from back EBAY!! Not a nice buyer at all & caused a lot of stress. EBAY found I was not at fault.
