  Its a nice hoist but the directions for use booklet is hard to follow the pictures are to small and the directions for joining the top with the bottom part are not clear I put it together but it does not wind down all the way and from the directions its not clear what is wrong.All in all I can use the hoist as is but it does not lock in place as it should do according to the description.it would be nice if it went 4 inches lower. The seller is good and on the ball thank you for quick service.
