Strength and Grace (VHS, 2000)

I have another copy of this and must say that this 1 hour routine is low impact and very good for beginners. This exercise routine helps a person lose weight and get stronger without injury. All that is needed is a towel, a floor and a tv/vcr to watch the tape and join in. I did not know anything about yoga before watching this but it is fun and effective.

Action Movie

Non stop action movie with very good sound and music. Sean Connery at his best, one of the few movies where Nicolas cage performs well. Very violent and profane language, not for everybody. The worst part involves the Navy Seals wiped out in a combat situation. It is only a movie but there is a separate flick with the same Seal Commander (actor) who teams up with Charlie Sheen called "Navy Seals" in case you missed it.

I must say the best saw I have ever used. Cuts pine, cedar and other wood with ease. A bit noisy but highly effective. Despite the short blade it has quite a bit of punch. Is best used in short bursts of a few seconds to get through large tree limbs. Comes with a driver, tool for the blade guard and an extra chain. Awesome.
