The problem with this purchase was not the product but the people who sell it.
1 of 1 found this helpful My item came without wheels the tube did not line up like the photo showed. the straps were missing . When they sent the straps that were missing the plastic pieces to slid the straps onto the reel and The male and female velcro pieces were not sent with the straps. I'm still waiting for them to send the wheels. It seems like a good item for a good price.I just don't think it's worth all the drama. When I called The company I purchased it from they told me I would have to call the company who manufactures it. They are not in the US. I could not believe they had no answers about a product they are selling. They have no clue how it works or what it comes with. I still don't know how the reel is put together or if I got the correct pieces that are suppose to fit together so you can add the straps onto the reel. This has given me one big headache. YOU DECIDE IS IT WORTH TAKING A CHANCE, NOT GETTING EVERYTHING YOU PURCHASED TO PUT THIS REEL TOGETHER.? WHAT WILL HAPPEN WHEN IT DOSN'T WORK CORRECTLY OR IT BREAKS. WHO WILL STND BY THIS PRODUCT?
