From memory this is only the 3rd negative I have ever given. The seller has been incompetent. I have spent over an hour politely requesting a £7 refund for an item costing less than £15 that has clearly had undisclosed restoration. I sent pics. This experienced seller then made every excuse and offered a £2 refund and then £4 - and then wanted me to waste more of my time packing and returning it - costing £4 extra. I'm sure this seller will respond as before with negatives = not his/her fault

every now and again you get a person trying to get item free .i offerd this person FULL REFUND OR PART REFUND THEY WANTED IT FREE ITEM WAS AS DESCRIBED RIGHT REFUSED TO ACCEPT REFUND WHAT CAN I DO PLEASE JUDGE ME BY MY OTHER FEED BACK

7 pieces of the 24 pieces of china were broken. I have notified ebay and got no response. I have noticed seller with photos of broken items. They haven't got more pieces (so they claimed) and don't want to take any responsibility. So I paid huge postage via the seller but I'm the loser apparently. Bad experience.

hi i dont post over seas the buyer paid ebay to post to australia they paid me 10 POUND POST that arrived safely i contacted ebay to see what i can do to help ,they said leave it to them i canot replace items as it is a 50s set please judge me by my other feed back and not this one off case
