Seller shipped lamp with NO styrofoam, NO bubble wrap and ONLY crumpled brown paper for packing, Lamp at bottom of box. Center glass part of lamp shattered during transport. Seller requested 2 photos of damage and packing. I sent 3 photos to seller through ebay. Seller now wants me to remove broken glass and I won't risk cutting my hands on it. Seller refuses to send postage paid return label. Seller stonewalling me on refund. I am out $153. Not a trusted seller.
