  Never received the item - do not purchase from this seller. You've been warned. After ordering I had to ask/remind them to ship the item several times. They gave me some bs about their kid's birthday (??? Not my problem, like WHAT ???) after -20 days- of waiting, item *still* didn't ship. I tried reminding them again, and they just refunded without even communicating with me. Worst experience on eBay I've ever had. eBay should shut this operation down.

  This item was ordered on September 1st with some items from other sellers. On September 8th I contacted the seller because they other items were all delivered the previous day. This item had not yet shipped. I received a response thet they had been busy in their lives and it would ship the next morning. Two days later I requested a refund the item had still not shipped. The refund was given immediately after sending the request. I wish the same urgency would have been put into shipping.

  Made three Best Offers that got no reply. Then a message to me from E-Bay suggested a Best Offer Price that was lower than any of my previous Best Offers. So I tried that and got a positive reply very promptly. Crazy. The sweater arrived, it was as described and new with tags. So I am happy to own the sweater but surprised that I did not get any replies to my earlier Best Offers.
