Great little band
Good quality band which is compact and just as good as a fitbit for a fraction of the cost. Accompanying app is a little tricky to navigate but does everything you need and links in with Google fit.
Minor down sides are firstly the touch button either accidentally activating (while in bed which activates the backlight), or difficult to use when sweaty. Secondly that it doesn't do constant heart rate monitoring unless you are in exercise mode (but who needs to know minute to minute how their heart rate varies while they work?)
