Door spring removal/installation made easy.
I was searching for a good quality & inexpensive door spring tool for my project vehicle, as I would probably only use it for this project & it would probably go in the tool box after this & be rarely used again. Good & cheap don't always run together, but this tool had decent reviews & I found it at an awesome price. I purchased it & received it shortly after. I removed it from the box, it seemed to be of good build quality, so I put it to the test. It fit over door spring I was removing with no problem. I tightened it up to compress spring, again no issues. I removed both door springs very easily. I have not used to reinstall door springs as of yet, but I feel that this tool is fully capable of handling it. This tool worked as it was supposed to & was purchased for a great price. What else is there to say.👍

Clymer manuals are great for the home mechanic doing his own repair work.
I am not a factory motorcycle mechanic, but I work on all of my own motorcycles. I have used both factory service manuals and the Clymer service manuals. I like the Clymer manuals as they are more geared towards the non factory motorcycle mechanics.
They explain the repairs more in depth than the factory service manuals. The factory service manuals explain the repairs for someone who was trained in motorcycle repair and knows what to do. The factory service manuals do give all of the specifications needed for repair, but the Clymer manuals do also. Motorcyle repair sometimes requires specialty tools that are expensive to buy or not available. The Clymer manuals will sometimes show an alternative way to do the repair without buying these specialty tools. The Clymer manuals also show alot of illustrations which are very helpful during the repairs. The only down side to the Clymer manuals is they don't make a service manual for every model of motorcycle as I have one bike that I could not get a manual from them as they didn't make one for it. I recommend the Clymer service manuals to anyone as I have nothing but praise for them, they are great!
