When the package did arrive the box it was delivered in was smashed and broken. In addition the product is true to its word being all natural but at a cost of mixing milk powder with cacoca and some sugar. I apologise about the postage problem but that is out of our control, im happy to replace the item but you haven't reached out to resolve this. In regards to the flavour, we use no artificial additives or fake sugars which is why its not as strong flavour, this is stated in the listing, we are a no filler company. Thanks
