    Everything went smoothly and arrived in a timely fashion. Packaging was excellent and goods well protected. Item looks exactly like it did in the ebay photo and the seller is very good with communication and maintenance updates in general. There was a slight deal with shipping the Canadian end but that is not on the seller in anyway shape or form but rather a UPS glitch this end. Would definitely recommend to other people.

    Buttons as described in great condition. Postage a little expensive, box packed in didn't need to be so big for small buttons which would have saved postage.

    Arrived quickly and well packed. I didn't realise that HP137 and HP137R used different keys! My error that this one didn't fit my HP137. But still dissapointed that my request for a return was denied though. If there had been a better picture of the key, specifically the back end, I would have realised before ordering that it was different . Seems a little underhand considering the lack of detailed pictures and lack of information in the description. No reason not to take it back imho.

    You have not even messaged back to ask ... Even simple Q before purchase could have cleared any confusions ...I do know key do not fit HP137 however listing clearly says models that the replacement key fit .

    Ordered a screen in "mint" condition, received almost 2 weeks later, plugged it in and it didn't work as it should. Tried to return it, but seller refused initially, ebay had to step in. Returned the item and had to ask ebay again to step in to get my refund. Worst customer service I have experienced here on ebay after so being for years.
